So I've implemented a new Scheduling process to help increase my output. I started back on issue 12 of Green Hornet Year One (due out in September) and it really worked out for me. Issue 12 was 24 pages and with this schedule I managed to get it done in just over 3 weeks. Now I've moved on to Dark Shadows and with any new project the beginning can be a bit slow starting what with all the reference work I have to do before I can actually start drawing anything. And with Dark Shadows it's even more so because of how faithful we're being to the original television show. So for a while my whole scheduling thing kind of got thrown out the window. But I'm pretty confident now that I can start using it again and stick to it pretty well. So I figured why not post it up and let friends and fans have a view into my daily process. I'll be posting up my schedule for the day every morning and also letting you know how well I was able to stick to my previous days schedule. And as I go along I'll try to talk a bit about what I'm actually doing and how my process works and such and so forth. And if possible maybe post up little snap shots of what I'm creating (if I can get permission to do so). So for now enjoy! or else!!
